Healthcare

WCP offers the valet parking service, concierge and transport for hospitals and other health care providers. We understand that healthcare providers’ budgets can be difficult. This doesn’t mean that we lower our level of service though. Rather, we work with them and make sure to provide the best level of service possible. We also offer a traffic controller which means there is less congestion on the street when guests don’t have to park on the side of the road. Additionally, we help with patient transportation by providing golf carts and wheelchairs around the facilities.

Condos

We make sure to take care of the condo owners and guests by providing unconditional service. Besides valet parking, WCP offers a concierge at the front of the lobby and a bellman who will provide the condo owners with a delivery service. As with every other case, we understand that we offer the first and last impression of the property and make sure to always go the extra mile. Customer service is our highest priority, therefore, we will not hesitate to help the elderly or a mother with young children.

Hotels

We take pride in partnering with hotels and as always, assist with more than just a valet. We also can provide a bellman and concierge. If needed, WCP will help with staffing if you need extra hands at a banquet and will be able to assist if there is a renovation or an emergency. We are ready and willing to provide assistance with anything on the property that you need during the event.

Special Events

We take exceptional care with the valet parking services for special events as we know the details are very important to a successful occasion. We provide valet for events such as weddings, bar mitzvahs, quinceañeras, holiday parties, birthday parties, galas, and more. In advance of the event, we determine how far away we can park the vehicles. With special events, our team will always dress for the occasion and offer a white-glove service and special lights for parking. Directional parking is another service that is available during events. There is also a shuttle option and signs can be provided if they are needed.

As part of our services, we provide you with customized reports which show key data including the number of cars parked daily and monthly. We can provide more detailed reports if requested. Our reports are web cloud-based & password-protected for your security. Our valets can take time-stamped photos if damage occurs and store them in the cloud. You can also communicate with your customers using the built-in SMS capabilities. The valet is alerted
